Doctors here, Please Help me. In the last four days, I have being eating boiled yam morning, afternoon and Night repeatedly for four successive Days. Hope there's no adverse effect to this? It's never my intention, but that's all I've got to survive. The worst is I don't eat it with Oil or any sauce cos I can't afford it. Only a tuber is left now. I believe God will take charge going forward. I feel really light and weightless right now. I urinate a lot, maybe due to the water content of the Yam. Life's hard. It's not easy, but I still thank God. In all situations, we thank God. 1 Like

You do not have money to buy other food or what ? Are you a yam farmer that have yam in surplus ? Still, you need balanced diet containing all the essential nutrients to stay healthy . Seriously ? I can't believe I am advising an adult on the essence of taking balanced diet  |
