Even if you don't have enough creditable sources, the fact that Ukraine has occupied it for 6 months now, despite Pootin's repeated order that Kursk should be retaken is enough for you to cover your eyes in shame and enough for you to know that Ukraine is actually not loosing. Did Avdiivka take up to 6 months (from the time Republicans stopped aide to Ukraine) to collapse despite it being a meat grinder for the Russians? If Kursk is actually a meat grinder for Ukraine as you say, then the Ukrainians should have been long evaporated from that place.
Ukraine's air force is flying more planes than the beginning of the war, Russia is yet to go beyond 20% of Ukraine since the pre SMO and yet you gat no shame?

With over 40countries fighting Russia in Ukraine, with all their technology and intelligence, yet Russia is still in Ukraine taking territory every Day. Everyone knows that North Korea is the only country that has contributed forces to Russian war effort. No single western country has contributed forces to Ukraine. Before you go haywire, every western soldier fighting in Ukraine everybody knows is a mercenary and not officially sent by their countries.
