Trump signed an Executive Order giving priority to White Afrikaner refugees after he initially signed an Executive Order suspending the US refugee program because it was a strain on communities.
No to Black and Brown refugees, yes to White Refugees.
I'm not sure how any Nigerian here can support or even defend this level of blatant racism.

The Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall take appropriate steps, consistent with law, to prioritize humanitarian relief, including admission and resettlement through the United States Refugee Admissions Program, for Afrikaners in South Africa who are victims of unjust racial discrimination. Such plan shall be submitted to the President through the Assistant to the President and Homeland Security Advisor.

Afrikaans are the white people of south Africa. The same sets of people that invaded a land and brutally massacred it's natives for over a century are now claiming to be racially discriminated according to Musk. They may no longer be in power but they're still in control of the gold mines which is one of the driving force of the economy. Elon Musk should explain to us how exactly his people are being racially discriminated.

Trump ran on America first and shutting down immigration. You know the country is full.
One of his first Executive Orders was to stop all refugee claims.
And then he started rounding up and deporting immigrants even in Churches, Schools and Hospitals. Some who were going through the asylum process. Some who had arrived to the US as kids and have been in the US for decades.
But his mood suddenly shifted when it was White Afrikaans.
Let me ask you do you know how many people are being persecuted and in fear of their actual lives in places around the world?

He is a white American and he is protecting white people 's interests , It is about building an overwhelming majority in presidential and local elections. Quite normal.
On the other hand too many Black Americans hate African immigrants. They prefer siding with the white men to stonewall African immigrants.

So, isn't it a good thing they are being targeted for resettlement in the USA? I don't get the unnecessary antagonism for a move that is supposed to favour the "original" owners of South Africa.

Many of us firmly believe that the blacks will run SA down without the whites. I guess it's time to find out.
