It is even in those poor countries that you'll see protests against America, burning of their flags and even chants like 'death to America' yet small executive order and they're all feeling the heat.

This aid is one of the reasons why no drugs for HIV AIDS cure. The big players in pharmaceutical industries, NGOs, politicians etc been living large on corruption, kickbacks etc are now exposed.
DONALD TRUMP emphatically made mentioned during his campaign that America interest not the woked Washington interest in his policies.
As a Nigerian and African at large, if we look inward with good leadership eschewing tribalism, ethnicity, religious intolerance, nepotism etc God has given us everything to prosper as a nation and people.
No stipend in the name of foreign aids will help us. The politicians will take 30%, the same donor interest will receive back 60% while we are left with the 10%.

I like the fact that Trump is sanctioning all the ungrateful nations that depend heavily on aids from the USA yet turn around to bite the fingers that feed them.

Countries like Nigeria, South Africa etc have depended so heavily on the USA in the areas of healthcare, security, education etc but these same poor countries are always quick to go against the US in international politics. Trump's sanctions have indeed shown that America remains the boss to these poor countries and so should be accorded all the loyalty due for a benefactor!
