My opening comment has nothing to do with "I don't care"
My point is, why is an official of ICPC telling the public some government officials paid for same project five times that's not real with public money.
He fell short of mentioning those people or where the said project was suppose to happen, and most importantly, he did not say xyz was arrested and prosecuted.

What will the public do with what he said apart from "expressing shock" and that's it. If Nigerians including yourself care, what are you going to say or begin from in your agitation that those people should be arrested/prosecuted.
You don't even know their identity, the project year, location, cost etc.

It may as well be a cooked up story just to support whatever point he was trying to make within the general context of "Nigeria is a very corrupt country"

Did you notice that Worldbank normally pays the contractors directly instead of paying through the government to pay, like give a father money to give his child; instead you pay the child.
