Chairman, God no dey catch late-comers. God works in timeless eternity and not Spanish wall clock.
You can start all over again and still achieve what you wanna achieve.
What you need:
1- Put God first, the very first! Note this: God can change your story overnight....even in a jiffy!!
2- Determine to do away with shame. Do you know why? People will laugh at you. Don't get discouraged....keep moving!
3 - If you're married, plan with your wife. Women, mostly good wives can influence success in the journey of life.
4- Be ready to pay the sacrifice. Greatness will cost you something.... depending on how the journey is.
5- Stop bad habits. Gambling, smoking, drinking, womanizing, fraud, etc......can't take you anywhere.
6 - Read books and learn from others who have been through hell in the journey of life.
7- Believe in yourself. The climbing of mountain starts with a step....and another step....and another step....and on like that.

Though paying to learn, will give you a more streamlined approach ...
