You didn't read what was written there? The boss asked her why she would resign without waiting for him to get a replacement. And the report also stated that she gave the radio station a notice which was ignored. It seems you are living in Mars or just want to defend the indefensible. Most Nigerians bosses are abusive and exploitative to say the least.

Btw, u didn't read the story or u just glanced tru it. The man in question did not deny beating the lady. He went ahead to justify his act by saying he was angry wit the tone the lady used on him.
