Lagos is located in South West, close to Ogun State and also close to Benin Republic. Geographically, Lagos can either be merged with Ogun Stare or annexed to Benin Republic, it can't be taken to any other region.

You guys should learn how to reason.

Where Imo State is now geographically, it's can't be moved to South West or any northern region based on position and coordinates.

Benue borders 2 South Eastern states and 1 South South state....of all the northern states, Benue is probably the least Northern and shares a lot of culture with Igbos and SS.

No patriotic Nigerian that is not a thief or a politician will ask for more states when we see clearly what the massive amount of career politicians are doing to us and costing us....just more waste to give some useless people more chances to steal and impoverish the vast 200 million of us.

Since the SE geopolitical zone has just 5 states as compared to other zones with 6 to 7 states… I think everyone on his right thinking faculty should advocate for additional state for SE to provide equality…

Lagos state is bigger than Togo, didn’t stop Togo from being a whole sovereign nation. I don’t see why the SE can’t get an additional state
