No need for more research, all schools in Austria now require IELTS including Unis of Applied Sciences, I know this because I have applied all through

Going by this, you guys should try and research things yourself before letting any agent or middleman scam you or add you to their nonsense paid group, one @freedomtours wanted me to join his so called paid group after I had stated my earlier request, if you want to help people just help them, not demanding they must be added to a paid group or pay for anything, everything is online, help yourself.

Please note: that it was not freedomtours that was requesting people to pay money to join a group, in fact it was a scammer that use the name of those prominent contributors in this threads to try to scam people after checking their contribution in this groups, i had same message from the said scammer..that was two weeks ago, so i reach out to him and find out it was a scam, because he cannot do that, it was not only his name that was even used.
He immediately sent disclaimer, but i guess he was ban from this thread, that's why we didn't see it here.
So we should all be careful.scammer are everywhere.

Yes you have to apply with legalised documents

Ensure you authenticate and verify all your academic doc from waec to the highest level of certificate, attestation of birth, declaration of age, any affidavit for correction of name or reconciliation and Marriage cert if applicable to you

For now your best bet in Wels is "Kolpinghaus Wels" though you stand a better chance in Linz in terms of availability and pricing. I dont see any disadvantage in living in Linz while your centre of activity is in Wels because it is only 15minutes train drive away from Linz.

The money you may save on rental living in Linz will be enough to buy you a 'Klimaticket Austria' with which can use any public Transport anywhere in Austria at no extra cost.

Like in Wels your best bet in Linz at this initial stage are sudent hostels. of which there are a good number " Europahaus Linz" for example.

For non student hostel accommodation, housing cooperatives like WAG and VLW are known for fair pricing, they are both present in Linz and Wels.

Avoid taking up accommodation in the small towns like Lambach and Steinhaus that surrounds Wels unless u have a car.

For Authentication, since school don't give transcript, how do I get it to Ministry of Education. Is it something I can send online before traveling to Abuja and I have to be at the ministry to get info on how to proceed. Pls anyone that knows should reply.
