That means those weren't community lands. Those lands were for agricultural purposes and should be designated as such. If the 27% the government has taken so far and returned to blacks are not utilized for development or farming, then it's a matter of time before the Blacks will ruin the country.

He has never really identified with South Africa in recent years, and lets remember he was born and raised there during the apartheid madness. So there is a huge possibility that he got his acculturation in that environment. Apartheid mentality might be his default setting...
