| Re: Edo Tribunal: Okpebholo Closes Case After First Witness Admits "Over-Voting" by Bergavis: 4:52pm On Feb 10, 2025 |
OldSkoolHeadBoy:Over voting has taken place in 133 units across the entire state, not only in this particular unit. The individual testifying for the second respondent acknowledged over voting in his unit. The same acknowledgment is expected from others. If you subtract those units where over voting transpired, the PDP will emerge as the winner. |

| Re: Edo Tribunal: Okpebholo Closes Case After First Witness Admits "Over-Voting" by Akpakomiza2: 5:31pm On Feb 10, 2025 |
BluntCrazeMan:I already stated last week that the smart play is for APC and inec to close their case without presenting any witness since pdp failed in presenting any cogent witness. The defence will just rely on testimonies elicited from PDP witness to damage the case further. Once a petition fails, whatever the defence does is useless even if they admit to rigging |
| Re: Edo Tribunal: Okpebholo Closes Case After First Witness Admits "Over-Voting" by BluntCrazeMan: 5:35pm On Feb 10, 2025 |
OldSkoolHeadBoy:He actually AGREED to one out of MANY DOCUMENTS which the PDP presented. If he agrees to it, it means that many others are also correct, until proven otherwise. They stopped other witnesses from appearing, so that they cannot agree any further.. But the damage is already done. They accepted that what the Petitioners are saying is true. |

rolams:Rerun where? PDP are misinforming you guys The APC witness revealed further that that particular units with over voting where cancelled and never collated. It's a dead case |

| Re: Edo Tribunal: Okpebholo Closes Case After First Witness Admits "Over-Voting" by Akpakomiza2: 5:38pm On Feb 10, 2025 |
BluntCrazeMan:I thought you learnt from atiku vs Buhari and obi vs atiku. He further revealed that those units where over voting occurred where cancelled contrary to PDP claims. There is no damage. PDP can only succeed on the strength of their petition and not on the weak defence of Apc |

The unsuspecting may not realise the report is from mushroom pdp sponsored journalist. I wont be surprise if it is pure lies, that is how they will rile up Edo 2024 PDP supporters and apologists with a fake sense of victory at the court and dash it. |

Akpakomiza2:The voting results from this unit was invalidated, but the same result remained posted on IREV. The total accredited votes were 189, yet the total votes cast was 204. This unit results was added up and led to the Governor's lead over Ighodalo. What's your take on this my brother? 😂😂😂 |
| Re: Edo Tribunal: Okpebholo Closes Case After First Witness Admits "Over-Voting" by Akpakomiza2: 6:53pm On Feb 10, 2025 |
Bergavis:What is on irev is irrelevant sir. The supreme court has rubbished irev. Inec said they cancelled and didn't collate it and this remains. Stop allowing irev confuse you. PDP has lost |

Akpakomiza2:Don't support what is wrong please, yes the evidence is limited to his PU but the are hundreds of pu like that n that's why the governor has to quickly n shamefully close his case without calling more witnesses that could be bursted easily to reveal more odoriferous cankerworms,I guess he is now counting on behind the scenes dirty dealings,.The view that such na infraction in a pu is inconsequential such that even if the result is cancelled it would mean nothing is an argument that has long been employed by electoral manipulators supported by people like you forgetting that as the numbers of such cases increases, it's bound to affect the elections outcome, this was exactly what happened in 2023 where over ten thousand results sheets printed from inec IREV showed blank sheets yet results were declared in those pu n the tribunal turned a complete magical blind eye ears to them, thank God we are all feeling the heat n now USA n even Saudi Arabia are "dejapaning"Nigerians,2027 will surely be interesting,if our mumu never do us,body go tell us . |

Akpakomiza2:To you little mind, this is about APC n PDP only, but it's actually much more than that, it's about enthroning a system where achievement are made through decent means to guarantee genuine development of the country, perhaps you are benefitting from the crumbs of the deceitful process so you are ok,but mind you it wouldn't last forever, Thank God many countries are now chasing Nigerians back home, the table is likely going to turn, watch out. |

Deepthoughts:I don't blame Akpakomiza2 but our judiciary that always dwell in technicality rather than the meet of the suit and that is why they are perpetuating irregularity and getting away with. Until this technicality is relegated to the background and face the truth to bring justice, a man like Akpakomiza2 will always rejoice in illegality, even the glaring ones. |
