They didn't disrupt proceeding, nor accused the court of illegality. There is an appeal court and Supreme court stages available for Kanu to exercise his right, but in his over bloated ego and characteristics mannerlessness which he has employed to set up IPOB-ESN terrorist organization, he has continued to toe the line of self destruction.

Judges are like a cult, the name calling he just did will bite him in the ass, even if they change the judge, it doesn't change the substance of the case.

Two judges have been asked to excuse themselves from this case by Nnamdi Kanu already. This is the third judge he is asking to excuse herself from this case.
So Kanu can keep on asking judges to recuse themselves from his case ad infinitum because of WHAT??
This are just tactics and legalese by Nnamdi Kanu and his charge and bail lawyers to keep this trial from proceeding because Kanu knows the evidence against him is overwhelming and there is no way for him to escape being found guilty and convicted and you and I know the penalty for TREASON.

Justice Nyarko has done the best thing since Kanu had as usual become unruly,barking at the judge,the prosecutors and even his own lawyers. The case needed to be adjourned INDEFINITELY until Kanu decides to purge himself of his contempt and maybe re-engages his lawyers who he claimed to have SACKED in court publicly.

If Kanu wants this case to proceed and he is as bold as his brain dead supporters claim,let him move a formal motion for the judge to be recused from the case so that the case can be assigned to a fourth(4th) judge. But he will not because Kanu does NOT want this case to proceed to its logical conclusion. Just legal gymnastics by Kanu and his team.

Read the report again. Nyako reclused herself but the Chief judge retuned the file to her requesting that Kanus prayer be filed via a motion that will be discussed by the court....simple.

All he needed to do was to allow the proceedings to continue and the motion filed formally. He insisted that so long as the woman had reclused herself based on his oral request, she had no jurisdiction again. But the procedure for such is that the Chief judge will determine if that was appropriate or not and the Chief judge said No. So Nyako and Kanu had to work together to formalise the request as per the chief judge's request. Even the woman is tired of the case but she just had to follow the Chief judge's request.

In the video clips, you could hear his lawyers trying to control him from his meaningless vituperations and rantings that were digging him in deeper into trouble.

Due to his stupidity, he did not know that he had formally sacked his lawyers by a pronouncement to the judge when she asked him of he was willing to take over from his lawyers. The guy is too dumb abeg. And he actually claimed he is educated. Any alaigbo considering this one as a leader has missed road long time ago.

Either his advisers are not telling him the truth because of their gains from the continuation of the case or Kanu himself is stupidly recalcitrant to objective reasoning.
