I advocate for speaking all the languages you can speak anywhere and everywhere, as far as you are speaking it to someone who understands you. I will encourage my child to speak his mother tongue, pidgin and English language to anyone who can understand and speak it back anywhere and everywhere.

This will only divide the country even more, it would have made sense if only we had 1 native language but we don't.

I studied in india which this system is practiced, the north and the south are divided. They can only communicate in English. To make it worse Indians can't speak properly English making communication even worse. At the end of the day the southern Indians don't mingle with the northern Indians.
