Maybe they're using it to discourage further creation of private universities in Nigeria. With about 270 universities in Nigeria, I can say we have almost enough universities, though there is still room for more based on our population. I'd like to see more vocational institutions and professional training centres spring up in Nigeria as well. 6 Likes |

All of you saying it is fair, I hope you know that this fee will be pushed to the applicant (student applicants). I feel all the people saying it's fair were paid... In nairaland the trend of the first three commenters is what is followed so I think you were paid to say it is fair... How is that fair? It just tells that the inflation we are battling is govt made.
