that’s very sad you need to contact that person in case is not possible Is only Tls can help you on that. Because no email , no number nothing prouve is your application. When passport is ready for collection is only that email will be aware

But you can still try to see if you can get maybe in middle of night!
Even today there is appointment for frequent traveler

my first Schengen visa was waiting till 1 month finally I submitted with Belgium and I got my visa! Or try to get from France! Actually Italy treatment is take much time than average days procedure. Maybe they have already a lot of applicants is why no yet appointment for first traveler

You were given a form to fill before submitting your documents right? I’m not referring to the Schengen form. You must have been given a form at TLS where they asked for your email and phone number. Whatever email you wrote there is what they will use to contact you.

you can also withdraw your passport and explain in cover letter than the process can still continue. Once consulate decision is postif you will bring back your passport to get sticker

And the ambassy will contact back when decision is ready to bring your passport or not

Yes. A mail will be sent to you. Usually the same day or the next day. If you don’t get a mail and still want to find out the email address you used, call their contact centre to ask them for the email address you used.
You will be asked to provide reference number or your passport number. You can get the reference number from the checklist you were given after submitting your documents (the form that has your receipt attached)

Today make it 43 days that I have submitted my application still nothing yet, frequent travel with over 15 schengen visa previously. .y travelling date us suppose to be tomorrow. TLS contact number that I have not working neither with the embassy. Is anyone here going through the same course as me? Please share here.

I even plan to ask you if you get feedback from them! I really don’t understand what happened there but frequent traveler should be at least 2 weeks but now getting long !
Today mine is getting 35days and no feedback at all from them

This same thing happened to my brother. Italy had his passport when Canada requested for his passport after his biometrics. Just do the Italian Consulate an email explaining why you need your passport within 25 days.

However, this is your 13th work day, so I'm hoping that with or without the email, your passport will be ready by next week; though an email will help expedite it. I do not think you should withdraw your passport just yet I miss the days decision came faster - My passport for my first Italian visa was returned 5 days after submitting in 2022 (you can imagine my shock lol), 2nd and 3rd took less than 15 work days.

Requesting for your passport = withdrawal/cancellation of application.

I have visited the Italian embassy this afternoon, but the security guy there was telling me that the real problem was them moving from their previous location to another, that's why they had a technical problem and delay. That was the information given to me, and he also instructed me to write them through the new email address given to me by him. We'll I have written to them again and waiting for the next outcome. Thanks everyone for sharing.

Mine is 65 days today, I submitted on the 9th. I am also a frequent traveler. There must be a technical issue going on at the Italian embassy.

Thanks for the correction, I just got a response from the visa section that my application has been processed and that i should be getting my passport back before the week end. I am glad finally.

Here is the response from the Consulate, I will revert the out come once I receive back my passport.

Can you please share the subject of the email you sent to them? Did you include your reference number on the Application checklist?

My france visa came in 5 days in 2022 also. I hope to wait after the 14th of February which is my 15th working day period.... I am hopeful I get a response this weekend.

66 days today exactly, because i submitted on the 9th of December 2024.
