Miss Universe Nigeria 2021, Chidimma Adetshina, is making headlines once again after allegedly returning to South Africa following drama in 2024 regarding her South African citizenship.

The model withdrew from the Miss South Africa 2024 competition after questions were raised about her identity. The Department of Home Affairs later launched an investigation into her mother’s citizenship.

In a shocking twist of events, Home Affairs revealed that there was Prima Facie evidence of fraud and identity theft, possibly committed by her mother.

She then moved to Nigeria, where she was crowned Miss Nigeria 2024.

Many did not anticipate that she would return to Mzansi (South Africa), given the drama surrounding her departure from the country. However, she was reportedly seen recently in the Mother City (Cape Town).

According to an X user with the handle @PovertykillerB, Adetshina was recently spotted in Cape Town.

In the video, the model is seen enjoying a break with a few ladies in her company.

Were you expecting that she won't visit SA again? What's the crime in visiting? What are the rules of a visa? If she qualified to get it, there is nothing wrong here. As Miss Universe Africa, it will be naive not to expect her to visit SA as part of her tenure. As a person, she has done nothing wrong visiting SA if she chooses to. Are South Africans saying that she's banned for life from visiting?

If you mistakenly look like Chidinma and live in SA, you're in trouble right now.
