EmperorCaesar:. See your life! Bribery is the major reason why contractors deliver shoddy jobs. Let's not encourage it rather, let all contractors compete in a fair manner. |

SmartPolician:Yup. America is blameless. Bribery should be allowed, and only the receiver should be guilty. |

SmartPolician:This is how Hitler happened. Those of you hailing Trump for destroying the very fabric of American moral leadership because it feeds your biases will one day be at the receiving end of his wicked policies. It's still morning. Let's see how it pans out. |

SmartPolician:I understand your context but you only have that perspective because it's a foreign country involved. If you heard that Nigerian officials bribed some officials in Sweden, for example, will you still have the same opinion? When we start giving "context" to criminal activities, the whole system will collapse sooner or later |

NaijaNaWaa:Even Musk gave a Sieg Heil right before our eyes. They said no. The following week, he told a Nazi German Party that Germans should forget the guilt of the past. Trump has said he would move White South Africans to US, Bribery is now acceptable, Canada should become the 51st state, Greenland should be taken, Gaza should be evacuated and made a real estate for America And people are hailing . I swear, maybe one just has to be a demon. |

SmartPolician:Your hypocrisy is astoundingly legendary. So you’re admitting that it’s totally okay if a corrupt politician accepts bribe from a foreign government, or agency to shortchange businesses in Nigeria that would’ve been done locally thus generating jobs and revenue for the local economy. Right?? |
| Re: US Companies Can Now Bribe Officials In Nigeria, Other Countries by NOETHNICITY(m): 12:13pm On Feb 12, 2025 |
EmperorCaesar:What a senseless assertion you dropped here Very senseless That because people people bribed to win deals they will be more motivated to do a good job ( very senseless notion) |

See them! They are the first to scream “bribery and corruption in Nigeria is killing the nation” but also the first to “see nothing wrong with bribing officials to secure deals” while hailing the corrupted Western nations who are supposedly the more saner climates and examples to look up to. Don’t mind these sell-outs who will scream “No” when a black man does one thing wrong but screen “Yes Sir” when oyibo does the same thing 10 times worse than the blacks. They are a huge part of the reason why Africa is suffering. HimName: |

Now, Nigeria should up its anti-corruption/ anti-bribery laws or else the indigenous companies will be run over as they can't avoid paying bribes in dollars. Inshort we should have some bills at the National Assembly by now to forestall cases of Process Development, etc from happening again. |

Some of The oppressed people of Nigeria are hailing this action , imagine taking sides with ur oppressors, now no contract will actually be done in Nigeria when all u need to do is to bribe the local officials and you go away with anything especially in a state like Nigeria that have a bribing culture |
| Re: US Companies Can Now Bribe Officials In Nigeria, Other Countries by SmartPolician: 12:55pm On Feb 12, 2025 |
NOETHNICITY:Nigerian politicians can never be caught aiding corruption elsewhere to improve this country because they don't even believe in this country in the first place. Whenever you want to draw an analogy, be smart about it. Cc thesicilian |

thesicilian:Mr Man rest. Trump is right. What's American business if Nigerian officials demand bribe b4 awarding oil well to an American company. That's a Nigerian headache. Chinese companies bribe African politicians like no tomorrow, and we can see the outcome all over Africa... Winning contract all the time n bringing revenue to china. Those Chinese companies dare not try such nonsense in china, they will be hanged. If Africa wants to be corrupt, it's not Chinese business. It shouldn't be America either. |

thesicilian:If Nigerian business men bribed Swedish or Uganda govt officials to win contract, it's not the business of EFCC. The revenue ends up here in naija, that's the Koko. But if same Nigerian business men divert the funds or bribe Nigerian officials, they should be dealt with by EFCC because out local laws do not tolerate corruption. If Sweden and Uganda tolerates corruption, that's their business not Nigeria's. That's how china became a superpower within a decade. |
