For a man who is doing well but not that rich, it's advisable to build a house in the village if the house there is already dilapidated. He can take as long as he wants so it doesn't affect his business.

My dad has a sister who moved to Yankee in the 80s.they built a big ass house before they left. I think they came visiting a total of two times. Now they have sold the house.
