IGBO BUSINESS MAN SETTLED HIS NWA Boi WITH N15M + SHOP IN LAGOS.

The Nwaboi (Apprentice) served his Master for seven (7) years; he ensured that his Master trading prospers by going extra miles to satisfy their customers. He cleans the shop, attract customers, joins in loading goods (tiles) for customers and when loaders are not available, he will do the loading by himself. In fact, he surpassed his Master's expectations.

Above all, whatever he wears (Clothes, Slippers), is what his Master bought for him.

With hearts full of appreciation from both Master and Nwaboi, his Master settled with the sum of N15, 000,000.00 and asked to choose from any of his Shops. The Boi chose a Shop located in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

One important thing I want my readers to understand is that this business man based in Igbo land (Enugu) Southeast Nigeria but have shops all over Nigeria.

Tomorrow, don't treat that Boi (Boy) as if he doesn't come from a place. Don't say he came to Lagos with Polythene Bag. Clearly, he is an investor, putting over N15m into the Lagos economy. Landlord, food sellers, transporters, Lagos Agberos who will load goods for him and others in the business chain will all take their cuts. Above all, he generate wealth and pay his taxes

You attended Nigerian University and spent 5yrs + 1yr service year which is 6yrs... You paid for tuition, accomodations, feeding, sorting of lecturers totaling 6 million... You come graduate without job and have been running around to looking for jobs where you didn't create one

Now Igbo boy served his Oga for 7yrs, free food, free accommodations, free travel allowances and gained knowledge of thr trade...and works out with 15 million with shop and free house for at least 1year...

Half-wit, it has nothing to do with developing anywhere. In fact, we Igbo people couldn't give two seeds of beans about your place. It's all about business and money. Lagos used to be the capital of Nigeria and for the longest time had the only functional seaport in the country, therefore attracting an enormous amount of investment, which we Igbo's now dominate. When we build our houses in states that you people supposedly own we don't do it to develop anything but our own private lives. The rest of Lagos could be a verifiable shit-hole for all we care as long as the part of it that we bought with our hard-earned money and now own is developed to our satisfaction.

He will do two things for his children:
1. Send them to some of the best schools.
2. Teach them very well his business and ensure that they master it.

The children when they have graduated, already have jobs waiting for them, just like the children of the high and mighty, who are brought to work in their fathers organizations.

Do you see that the children are educationally and financially equipped for their future?

While some will be badmouthing here, the Nwaboi’s children get rich right from the womb.
While some shishiless boys are “toasting” beautiful girls unsuccessfully, the most beautiful girls from all parts of the country are busy running after Nwaboi, who is rich and willing to spend the money.

The first Billionaire in Nigeria and founder of Nigerian Stock Exchange never graduated through the University. Many Universities and business schools have recognized the Igbo apprenticeship system as one of the most successful systems in business...

All through Africa, the Igbos are the most enterprising and successful tribe in Business both SMEs and large corporations, the World Trade Organization president is an Igbo woman, and that's not by mistake. The Igbo Apprenticeship system, have lasted more than 2 centuries. Mr. Comprehension tell us a system or invention unique, original and developed by your tribe that made them famous all over the world.

There's no Igbo man doing business that will not show his children the secrets of his business. Even he sends them to Universities to acquire formal education, they must return to that shop to manage the business their father raised money from to train them.
