Olodo you are. His immunity does not extend to US. Instead you say, as a president he has diplomatic passport that shields him from foreign arrest and prosecution and not the useless immunity. Remember with Alamesiegba's immunity he was still arrested by UK's authority and prosecuted because EFCC withdrew his diplomatic passport. Immunity start and end in Nigeria.
