But going to Church for medicals even when the Pastor you are going to meet for prayers himself go the hospital for medicals is purely nonsensical. Such a person is not supposed to even be a local government chairman because his decision making is very poor
Absolutely nonsensical. Even TB Joshua had a retinue of doctors who were attending to him during this last moments. This is the same person that claimed he was healing tens of thousands of people with varying diseases. Now, of course, more news have come to light regarding the fraud that was going on at that church, courtesy of the BBC. However, no matter how much we shout this, our gullible Nigerian christians who believe in the mythical will never stop to listen.

Ma, you are simply traumatized, deal with it. Even annointed men of God and expert medical professionals die when it's thier time. The hand of death is a mystery still unknown to anyone, just be in tune with your creator at all times.

Insightful. 🤔

Though "Spiritual Practices" is still very important.
Yes, but not on health issues.
If you believe in a god, you'll also believe that the god gave wisdom to men who researched and came up with the management of cancer.
Why would anyone pray to god to cure what he has already given men knowledge to cure. The so called believers don't even understand what they believe in.

cool Me waiting for Oga Soludo to come investigate the church. Anyway in Africa there's a physical aspect and a spiritual aspect. But you go spiritual only when you try all the medical checks and nothing is detected, but you are still sick.

Well, he had leukemia and prostate cancer.

Assuming the prostate cancer was malignant and had spread, that's a dobule whammy.

Also, leukemia. Some forms are treatable, some , una just dey waste time.

If he had AML...a quick google search shows prognosis in those over 65 is bad. Very bad. (And if you are a child, God help you).

The same person who was asked to go and fulfil her senatorial ambition in her husband's state is now making jest of the people.

Nobody would vote for you in Ondo state.

Ungrateful lot

Prayers are 100% useless. Praying for anything just deciding to waste your time - perhaps, you have a lot of it. Prayer has never solved a problem

He might listen to you, see a specialist, and still die of cancer.
Even the specialist can die of cancer. Yes, it's good to see a doctor but if you put God aside, it would be a futile venture.
Doctors care, God cures. Get your head straight woman

You believe a whole governor of a state will refuse medical help?

So those trips abroad for his health concerns were purely for spiritual solutions?

Yar adua also called alfas and pastors for miracles. All yhe miracles by our pastors are all staged. When it comes to a popular person it never works whyhuh Yinka ayefele, cobhams, mr ibu, actor enebeli etc. una too mumu no be small 😂
Have you read in the bible where Jesus Christ told a woman that it is not good to give the food of the children to the dogs? But the woman repented, humble herself and then received her miracle.
God is not looking for just anyone to perform miracles for, but repented human that seek the Lord with the whole of his heart in faith believing that God can do it and will do it.

God has given us power to do everything unaided. Therefore, it's important to seek medical help first while fortifying it with prayers. When you go to a hospital and the tests show nothing, then it's clearly a spiritual issue.
I like this take.

But sometimes it shows something and it is still a spiritual issue. Combining the two is key

Blamed Ondo people

Now, blaming her late husband himself.

Don't mind the greedy woman. He killed Aketi because she didn't want to hand over power.

alezzy13:
Is that really what happened? Not according to the version I heard o.

From what I heard you and your cohorts literally forced a sickly Aketi to return to work (from Ibadan) so that your access to power and funds remain. Abi no be so?
