When you pass through this process believe me you will be able to handle money very well. But you see street money that 15m fit nor reach 6 months. No be cause but money that wasn't built by with reality of life will always vanished except you are very sharp and you don't fancy material things.
Not in this case. If the boss didn't find him worthy or handling such amount, he will not give the boy that money.

The boy will make it with that money, I have seen people like him that were settled like this and they explode from there...

EXACTLY. I KNEW OF ONE IGBO BOY THAT SERVED HIS BOSS VERY WELL. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO SETTLE HIM, HE ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR OF SERVICE FROM THE BOY. HE OBLIGED. THE FOLLOWING YEAR, HE TOOK THE BIY TO OKIJA SHRINE TO SWEAR HE NEVER TOOK HIS MONEY. HE FINALLY SETTLED HIM WITH #750K IN THE YEAR 2000. BUT THE BOY WAS YSING THE MONEY TO DO SUPPLY. BUT AT A POINT, THE MONEY IS NO MORE. HE WAS SUPPLYING PHARMACY SHOPS AND NOBODY WAS OWING. BUT EVERY TIME HE WANTED TO PAY HIS SUPPLY, THERE'S NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT TO PAY. THAT'S HOW THIS BOY WENT BACK TO ZERO. THIS BOY SHOULD ENDURED THAT HE PERFORM LOCAL INSURANCE FOR THIS #15M AND THE SHOP BEFORE STARTING OPERATION

For that to look like that, it means he was really diligent. Not like the one that is serving me currently, he has more clothes and girlfriends than I.

Meanwhile, the amount of money involves in settlement depends on the line of business and the worth of the boss(oga) , I know a boy that rejected 50M settlement, instead took his oga to court. I also know a man that settled his boy with 50ft full container of goods
Why did he reject 50m and took d oga to court.
Pls can u explain

The ingenuity of the Igbo is worth celebrating. It is not a coincidence that they are key players in the Nigerian economic landscape.

The apprenticeship system they practice had helped countless numbers of young men find their footing. It is commendable.

I was sharing something with my wife recently how a group of young men(all multi millionaires currently) in my location, got thier break. It all began with their boss, an elderly man now. He came to town in 1991 with practically nothing. But he started paper business. He had served in Onitsha but was settled and he moved to our town. He brought two boys with him. They served for years and he settled them. They went on to be even bigger than him with multiple young men under them. They settled those young men and those young men, all less than 35 have huge paper businesses of their own. One of them has a shopping plaza with 64 shops currently. Non of them bothered with formal education but how much education do you need to control tens of millions? With lawyers and educated people at your beck and call?

You will be hard pressed to find any shopping plaza in Makurdi, Benue state that isn't owned by an Igbo man. An Igbo man who set out with nothing really.

Diligent service pays.
Without a shadow of doubt the economic power of the igbo can never be underestimated, I suppose that is why the government do not want to grant the wish of Kanu et al.

I've done malaria, typhoid, blood sugar level, pcv test which says I am okay. I am not HIV positive either. I urinate too often, particularly at nights when I pee up to seven times between 8pm-7am. I have not yet gotten my urine test result yet. I always feel weak and dizzy whenever I trekked long distances. At certain times, I feel a slightly burning sensation in my chest.
What could be wrong with me. I am a little above 50 now.
I know you will ask, 'why not go see a doctor? ' I wasted the little money I had in a private hospital where I was diagnosed of malaria /typhoid fever. I don't have much money to take care of hospital bills; moreso that I have children to feed. Please let any medical practitioner give me a clue so that I can know from what angle I'm going to tackle this problem. Moreover, I need financial assistance from well-meaning Nairalanders to save my life. I'm not a scammer. I live in Benin City. So, if you want to see me physically, privately chat with me on WhatsApp and I will come over. My poor salary cannot even feed my family, talk less of saving my life from this ailment.
No offer is too small. God will surely reward you.

Wow! I'm surprised to hear this. Did he sign an agreement with his oga on how much oga will settle him with?

If he's a serious person and learnt the trade well, he can turn that 50 million to a billion in few years
His Oga was very rich, and has branch in some west Africa countries. They were into motor parts, and he used to send him to China at times

Igbo apprenticeship system never fails!
It's NOT the 15m. What will make him succeed is the knowledge he gained plus guidance from oga and if oga enters him into the"club"

Igbo apprentice is different from Yoruba my pipu.
Here in osogbo, the list of items OGA will ask u to bring will even makes u forget u learn that work.

And am sure that with that 15m ibo OGA will still facilitate how this boy will take collect 30m goods from Alaba. Igbo are the best when it's comes to apprenticeship. Am a Yoruba Oluwasegun by name before u quote me [/quote
