I think its a glitch, my NIN number is now showing despite it wasn't showing before. And i didn't even have to upload it.

Remember the documents you are asked to submit is/are those you have indicated in your application. It is purely professional certificate not degree certificate. The number of certificate depends on how many professional certificate you've indicated in your application. Please follow the guidelines in other to proceed to the next stages. Check your application printout/download to see the type of professional certificate you indicated

It simply because you do not indicate any professional certificate doing your registration

The site is okay now. Your NIN Num will just come up. So is only professional certificate that you need to upload

Is empty because I actually check mind after uploading. It is best known to them why it is like that. But I can't upload again oh

The reference code comes with the email notification send to your email. Is the number you got after the online registration.

I think if you did not upload any professional certificate before then you are unable to upload again. I uploaded for someone yesterday and the person uploaded ANAN, it showed the name of the certificate he was to re-upload and it went through.

You don't need to upload your NIN. It might be network problem. The NIN number suppose to come up automatically.

Is just your professional certificate that you are suppose to upload in the space

After choosing the picture from my device and either clicking "open" or dragging it into the upload field, the picture does not show up in the field for submission. picture size: 151 KB JPG.

I've use mobile, I've used PC; Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, Safari, even Incognito.

I've tried PNG, JPEG and JPG. It's still not uploading.
I've have tried the document at 197kb, 123kb and even 64kb, still not uploading!
