When they were openly supporting and arming terrorist in Africa to destabilize Russia efforts in fighting terrorism, what did AU or ECOWAS do? Nothing

I do remember. Munich Agreement of 1938 where London, Rome, Paris gave Hitler Czechoslovakia. They went to Germany to appease Hitler, they did not invite Russia. Russia in turn reached a bilateral agreement with Hitler the following year thus crashing their plan to isolate Russia.
