Exactly. The names of the professional certificates you indicated in the application are supposed to appear. For instance, I indicated 2 professional certificates in my application and was given two spaces to upload them with the names clearly written there.

I'm experiencing same issue, My image is not uploading despite reducing the size.

Please, is it only professional certificates they are asking for, not professional bodies membership qualifications? It seems my professional certification was interchanged with my professional body membership.

Professional qualifications entails memberships, certification, commendations and participation.

Your professional memberships is/are also your professional qualifications

I think I know what's happening here. What's stopping my submission from going through is the second upload space. It doesn't have a name so it can't go through..


The thing is that I actually didn't indicate for second qualification, I also checked my preview application, it's not there...how it came up is what I can't explain but as far as it's there.... upload won't go through (because for an upload to go through...it must have name of the certificate which must have been indicated during registration).

Being a web developer myself, this is certainly the issue here.

Our hope lies in the hand of technical team resolving the issue. I suggest anyone experiencing the issue to reach out to them on firrecruitment@firs.gov.ng

I used CamScanner and scanned as a single document then saved in jpeg format

I didn't do anything special thou, I just followed the specifications

I.e., 200kb and jpeg. Then submit. That's all

It's crucial to upload only what's requested. I knew someone who didn't progress to the CBT stage for (Firs GT) due to uploading extra certificates that didn't match her application. Let's adhere strictly to instructions to avoid issues.

You can send mail to their help support address and tell them the problem you are facing. If they will respond because without the upload you might not proceed to the next stage

Hello guys, you can try again this morning. I was successful in uploading just now.

I tried with a 197kb jpeg file it responded the file was too large. So I tried with a 174kb png file and it was successful.

Although I had sent them a mail on Friday afternoon that wasn't responded to.
