These Nigerians actually requested for the $150M from binance, maybe the company rejected the payment and instead opted to donate US$5m to Nigeria for development... As expected the corrupt and greedy lots rejected the donation instead opted for a bribe.

An allegation of such magnitude that someone had come to your country to destroy your economy through their platform, the first logical step should be to have such accused person detained and tried without delay.

But for the corruption that has ravaged the country, your first step you held secret meeting. Was that how other countries that tried Binance went about their prosecution?

If you people didn’t have ulterior motive.

Our government has shown us time and time again that it lacks people of integrity so why should we not believe him? Our political class are no longer hiding the fact that they are only in power to further their very own selfish interests so telling us not to believe him will not sail.
Re: We rejected Gambaryan's $5million bribe, disregard his false allegations - FG by Nobody: 8:58am On Feb 15, 2025

The government should at least stay away from this disgrace and allow the people mentioned to salvage their image themselves.

We are all Nigerians and we know what happened.

WHAT HAPPENED TO GAMBARYAN, HAPPENS TO INDIVIDUAL NIGERIANS TOO, so spare us the nonsense denial.

Nigeria is excessively corrupt.

Criminals defending criminals. Someone made a valid allegations and even mention names. Without investigating to see if what he said was truth or force, u re already defending them.... What a country
Allegations without proof is nonsense. I'm not defending Nigerian officials but this guy needs to provide evidence so we can drag the officials and expose the rot, otherwise he's not serious. That's the same way Farotimi made allegations against Afe Babalola without providing evidence.

This there statement indicates that it is true.
You rejected that offer because it was small then table your own deal which was too humongous for him to cough out.
Then the drama Nigerians saw began.

It is well

For your information, I believe the FG.

Let the guy provide an evidence.

Some of you have maggot infested brains. Provide evidence because they would have allowed the kidnap victim binance guy to record them while they were asking for the ransom, abi? Don't be stupid. So as he could not record the conversations, he should simply shut up and lick his wounds quietly, right?

You people disgust me.

You think cases are won in court with emotions. If he cannot provide evidence, he should shut up. Was he the only Foreign national present when the bribe was demanded?. Your foolishness and low IQ will make you to defend nonsense even if it's a lie. He needs to substantiate his claims with evidence if he's to be taken serious.

If you have money, find way migrate abroad to secure a better future for your children, you see this una Nigeria, it's just a moneymaking marketplace or shop where traders (politicians and the likes) go to make money and then go back to their various homes (abroad) to enjoy with their family members.

Nigeria is not a nation and will never be. Like late Obafemi Awolowo said, Nigeria is just a geographical area, what's keeping Nigeria together is greed for crude oil. If the crude oil dries up, the fake love for one United Nigeria will die a natural death.

Nigeria is just a geographical area created for enriching some people that manage to fight their way to the top and some lucky fellas, but expecting Nigeria to be a functional nation with these deceptive APC politicians is a daydream undecided
When you leave Nigeria you will sadly discover that everywhere else is much the same, every nation is somebody's money making scheme.

The bigger nation, the worse it is.

How did they come to the country to try and destroy the economy?

You think they destroyed the economy beyond what Nigerians in government and in the private sector have been doing for decades? Past what the career politicians and military has done?

It's logical that to every smoke there must be fire ....it could be possible knowing that our govt officials and legislators and notorious. They could have demanded for 150m dollars and binanance may offer 5m dollars instead which may warrant the Govt officials rejection cos its ridiculous.

Why is FG swift to reply him instead of them setting up a high powered committee to probe the allegations and those involved...
