My question is which of the Assembly will Fubara pay the #2m to?
The one led by Amaewhule or the one led by Jumbo?

The recognized one led by Jumbo. All Fubara should do is raise a cheque in RSHA name. Only signatories to RSHA account can cash it.

Fubara will pay the 2m to the acc of rivers State House of assembly and keep the receipt as evidence, wike house of assembly is free to go and take it if they has access to it

I am asking this question again. How do we know who is a moderator here?
A moderator will abuse you and when you return it he goes to ban you for 6 months as one has done to me.
Someone called Wike a father a drunk. He doesn't know if Wike is related me. He doesn't know if Wike is my uncle. And I replied him that Wike used to shadow his father he went back to ban me for 3 months. But he never banned himself for calling Wike a drunk.
I am ready to fear and respect all moderator if there is a special way of knowing one. I promise never to pick quarrel with them.
