Pls I don't know may be anybody s also facing what am facing here, I always find it hard to make a decision and am not a small boy again by March of the year I will be 32yrs old

But I always find it hard to make a decision, if I want to do anything, I will need to ask different people before I conclude because I always fear inother not to regret

And this thing s really affecting me seriously, sometimes when I want to do something I will have to think even turn to headache, just not to regret but at the end of the day, sometimes I still regret the decision

"Validation"

Most people do it.... it's something one outgrows. For some of us, we grew out of it quite early - it's called the Art of Not Giving a F***uck. If your need to seek multiple input before taking a decision is because you want to get experienced input, then it's okay, provided it is not for simple decisions (which like you said, doesn't even guarantee successful outcome).

But, if your wanting to ask everyone in the local government about their opinion, so that you can subconsciously offset the burden of responsibility that comes with decision, then GROW UP FAST. And hey, you're my birth month-mate

March-born folks are very assertive individuals, abeg no dull us

Maybe you post a typical example of a situation you struggled to take a decision.

But generally, taking a decision will involve weighing all the pros & cons of each option & choosing the option with more pros.
In doing so, nothing wrong with making consultations especially for critical decisions.

But importantly, even if your decision turns out not to be the best, worry not, but take solace in that fact that you took the best decision at that time based on the information available to you. You are not a seer that can see tomorrow.

Fear is not a just, anyway. It paralyses and makes you watch time and opportunities slip by, quite deplorable.
Fear and self criticism are traits of a melancholy individual. You can overcome it by first admitting it as a weakness. You have wonderful strengths as well as a melancholy, but this fear won't let them manifest.
If you're a child of God, confess it to God in solemn prayer and ask for His strength in exchange. His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses, the Bible says.
I also once battled a weakness. Now I rejoice daily in God's strength and mercies.
