I tried sub my MTN, my money deducted from my bank but no data credited to my account. I thought it was normal network. I lost about 5k plus. For now, I stick with glo, is just that the network is not that reliable at my place of work 2 Likes |

Koikoi123:Chairman, the guy na maga! Tell him. You would not notice this until you make conscious effort to calculate what you are charged for calls and messages! One day, I sent an SMS to an international number and was charged #60 instead of #15. I was forced to call them and the customer care girl was just apologizing, telling me it's because they I was on that nonsense package! But I told her "why do you deceive people by giving them bonuses but charge them even more than the bonuses you gave them!" ..and she said "well, that was Airtel policy and she was just an employee, not a member of the management that put that in place. So, there was nothing she could do about that! Since then, I use my Airtel line only when other networks are having issues! 3 Likes |
