I wrote Jamb 5 times before i finally got admission at the age of 29, finished at 33 and the rest has been history. chase your dream brother, It is never too late

I'm 26 and have recently gained admission.

As a full-time entrepreneur, I own a real estate brand and a mini electronics outlet.

My team consists of just 3 staff members, including my first hire, a graduate.

I'd advise you to consider alternative educational paths.

Forget about JAMB and explore open universities, which allow you to study while hustling.

I was astute enough to recognize that a degree is merely a symbol; I prioritized making money first.

Ultimately, with or without a degree, our goal is financial stability.

I earned my first million naira before pursuing a degree.

You might feel unfulfilled if you struggle to express yourself in writing or speaking, or if you lack intellectual curiosity.

However, formal education can't guarantee these qualities.

Fortunately, I possess both strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity.

Interestingly, those who pursued traditional education often look up to me.

I'm pursuing a degree now simply because I feel like I've already surpassed those with degrees.

To me, the degree itself is somewhat irrelevant.

Moreover, I don't need a degree to secure a job, as my income is already substantial and self-sustaining.

In fact, my financial situation is such that no one can employ me, as my earnings are unmatched.

It’s not too late to study.

Don’t live your life according to what people feel or think,
No matter where you are or what you do people will always talk, that’s their opinion and they have right to their own opinion, but what they do not have right to is to control your life by their own opinion.

Also, You do not have to feel shy everyone has its own path, if it’s now you can afford a university, please go for it; after all some of us that graduated early and did not further and are above 30 just have only the bsc to our name and when you graduate even if it’s in your 30’s, there may be no difference with those who have these degrees earlier

Lastly, go to school for knowledge and not for social status or to measure up or please anyone

Better hurry up, so that you dont look like like this by the time you go to camp.

@chinedu how about you pay a visit to the nearest higher institution, snoop around and observe if you wont see people older than you in class rooms

My neighbours boss that is 60yrs enroled into school last year, he is in 200 level now. He attends lectures with people around your age.

At 26 u @ asking if it is 2 late to study. Stop wasting ur time asking question and take action now. God with you boy, Start now and 4get abt ur past

You see life? Look at someone doing fantastically well but looking for pali wey I no even know where my own dey. Shame it is not transferable, I for sell my own for a million use the money take medication

Pursue that degree, after that even top it with MSc if you can. There will still be someone older than you in class self.

Guy, I was expelled from a state polytechnic. I was 24 then. At 25, I had to buy another Jamb form, studied a lot, sat for Jamba and smashed it. However, I got another admission into the University to study economics. I graduated at 29 and had an issue graduating due to failed courses. It took me 3 years to sort myself out and graduate. I didn't serve, just collected my NYSC discharge due to age. I'm now working in a company now, and trust me....I'm happier now.

It's not too late to go back to school, right now i just finished 100l while I'm 25yrs and by Oct i will be 26 and that will be 200l no big difference with me if you start now and the goods news is that some school are doing 3 sections per year meaning your 4 years course will become 3yrs

It's not too late since money is not ur problem...I entered federal University at d age of 26, I was even lucky to go for NYSC...but d Koko be say I had my degree...when I was planning to go for my msc...my secondary mate just finished her PhD....but one thing about life is...everyone time is different

I gained admission at 26, I have phD now.

I have also enrolled for another degree(Law). I'm expecting you to join me soon.

Oga that was before ooo, I went to federal university Lokoja and the one in Oye Ekiti. Bro, e hard me before I see guys with beard. Most are between 16-20 years. Na pikin dey University now oo.

If is not professional career or high skilled demand course you want to study better quit the mentality of not be a graduate and learn a good skill in demand that can fetch you good income for life

Let me tell you a secret civil servant work will not make you wealthy but you might be rich with in borrowing all the time .

Leverage your money if it is not the problem. I will not tell you whether or not to go to school again because many comments have already addressed this. I will make a suggestion what you should consider. If you can find a way to take breaks from work or business without losing too much or any money, look for an affordable degree abroad that is hybrid. Hybrid classes are those that are held both in person and online. This allows you to maintain your regular schedule at home while studying abroad. Take a look at the expenses. If you can get this, go for it.

No age is old for one to see education and be educated.
If your intention of going to higher institution is because you feel shy in the midst of your siblings and close friends then you really have a misplaced priority regarding that you say money is not a problem.

My only advice to you will be....
Pick a chosen course that relates to the means or mode of how you are making money.
If you know you are not able to study hard and come out with a minimum of 2:1 then it's a wasted time and resources.

Go register for NABTEB A-level program, and write the final exam and get admission into 200l at any university of your choice.

You can also go for JUPEP program too!

Imagine you're 26yrs old and claiming old age.. 😳

Please get distance learning form, From the university of lagos to pursue that degree program.

If you had this mentality while hustling, money would still be a problem for you till today.

What i mean by the above, take a decision and f**uck what people think. 4 years from now, you'll still 30. You can either be a 30year old graduate by then, or be a 30year old who allowed what people would think make him not pursue his desire to get a degree.
