I tried with a 197kb jpeg file it responded the file was too large. So I tried with a 174kb png file and it was successful.

Although I had sent them a mail on Friday afternoon that wasn't responded to.

After uploading did you try to check back if the place you uploaded file is empty because mind is still empty oh

Are you sure you indicate any professional qualifications doing your registration. The numbers and names of the qualifications should appear at the top.

Kindly check your application slip to confirm the types and numbers of professional qualifications you choose doing the application. If there's non . You might not be able to upload

I'm experiencing same issue, My image is not uploading despite reducing the size.

Use laptop.

What I received in my mail was my reference number. No code was sent

I did mine on the first day since I got email days before their portal was opened for submission.

Open your page on a laptop. I tried it on phone and it was taking me to their page but once I tried to submit it was saying submission closed but when I did on the laptop I was able to log in.

Resize your document by converting to Jpeg. If you don't have converter just send it to yourself on Whatsapp and save it back. It should have dropped to less than 200kb

Lastly the documents you will be asked would be based on your CV. I was worried also until I saw what I would submit. So if you put certification you don't have on your CV that might be Wahala.

Laslas we need luck. Prayers too. The odds against who no know person to get a job is strong. Pray you applied to a role that fits you and pray you find favor. Cheers

Well, I observed some of us here were talking about the printout, and I don't know if it will be requested in the future in the recruitment process ; that's why I asked.

I'm facing the same issue.
I have a certificate in business analysis which I chose during the application process,but it's not reflecting on my upload page.
I've emailed them though.
Hoping for a favourable response.

I think I know what's happening here. What's stopping my submission from going through is the second upload space. It doesn't have a name so it can't go through..


The thing is that I actually didn't indicate for second qualification, I also checked my preview application, it's not there...how it came up is what I can't explain but as far as it's there.... upload won't go through (because for an upload to go through...it must have name of the certificate which must have been indicated during registration).

Being a web developer myself, this is certainly the issue here.

Our hope lies in the hand of technical team resolving the issue. I suggest anyone experiencing the issue to reach out to them on firrecruitment@firs.gov.ng

I actually get you now. Omo I didn't see no need for print out. Plus since we have a reference no. That's all the proof one needs. Once I submitted my certification it just said submitted successfully. I haven't gotten an email confirming it tho.

Some folks probably did theirs at a Cafe which is why they printed out.

I haven't uploaded yet! I noticed they worked on the page but my SECOND upload space isn't still selecting any image to even upload( because it has no name) I suspect that's exactly what you're experiencing as well. I believe they'll fix it before the deadline elapses

I have this problem as well. I did not see anything when I logging back. How can we check wether it was successfully uploaded?

So, I finally submitted my uploaded documents last night (some minutes to 12 midnight). The submit button was unresponsive for days despite my documents being the right size and format as well.

I feel FIRS is granting permission to applicants in batches- If you try now and it still isn't responsive, then try very late night, tonight.

So mine is showing NIL as certificate name. Pls what do I do?

I was requested to upload my “Call to Bar”certificate.

I initially submitted on the 14th. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Due to concerns that the submission may not have gone through successfully (despite seeing 'upload successful'), and noticing that my email address was displayed instead of my NIN number, I resubmitted the document today at 5 pm.

I received a confirmation email thereafter.
