I was requested to upload my “Call to Bar”certificate.

I initially submitted on the 14th. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Due to concerns that the submission may not have gone through successfully (despite seeing 'upload successful'), and noticing that my email address was displayed instead of my NIN number, I resubmitted the document today at 5 pm.

I received a confirmation email thereafter.

I uploaded my document of the 14th Feb. It show submitted but didn't receive Acknowledgment in my email. When I came online and check through the chat I had to submit another one yesterday around 11pm but up till now no email. I have refresh my mail box tired oh nothing. May be later in the day I will still upload if Acknowledgment is not sent to my mail

Are you to login with your NIN? Or where was your NIN displayed pls?

I am yet to receive an acknowledgement mail, the document is still not reflecting on my application profile. Only a system message of successful document upload.

It will appear up before the Name of the professional certificate to be uploaded but you can still upload another certificate because I just did mind like. I actually uploaded before on 14th Feb

I've emailed them more than three times without receiving an answer, so I'm not sure what to do again.

I did. I scanned them together and uploaded because I got an additional certificate after applying

I didn't get acknowledgement mail. I went back to upload again, the portal said " Applicant already uploaded files". So I can't go further. Yet no acknowledgement mail
