Uber drivers, Una good morning.

Do you prefer your customer (when alone) sitting at the back or the front?

I've had two occasions where one driver was like, Assuming I was sitting in front the AC would be touching me, I knew he was sending a message.

And also when I tried to sit in front with another driver, He was looking at me suspiciously as if I was a suspect. Lol

So, what's the standard or which do you prefer? Thanks
Anyone that says you should sit at the front in order to feel the AC obviously knows that his AC is not working well. A good working AC should circulate no matter how hot the weather is.

I prefer the rider sits at the back if I'm using AC because I dislike that hand touching that occurs when I want to take my right hand off the steering and relax it somewhere else.

The standard abroad is sitting at the back and I don't like the fact that some riders see sitting at the front as an attempt to identify with the driver as though drivers are less privileged people. While in reality, I do wind my window down for a while just to receive fresh air when the smell in the car changes with the rider in.

Weather can affect the performance of AC, inside Car or inside the house…

Correct 👍

It's good to have an opinion on issues/topics raised but to chest-beat on an opinion or talk as if it supercedes all other opinion is the height of stupidity and 'too know'

but, no matter how hot the weather is, if your AC is sharp, anyone sitting at the back will still be feeling the coolness, might not be much but definitely, the person won't feel heat....

Very wrong assertion boss ,as long as your AC performs optimally no matter the weather someone at the back seat isn't supposed to feel heat ,might take longer to circulate but asking your passager to come the front just to feel the ac is because the ac isn't working optimally.

Still on the AC matter....abeg make Una help me out...
During December I rode with my AC on level three.... I just want the client to enjoy what they are paying for..
Normally, na level two I dey always put m except I'm alone in the vehicle or driving at night or early morning - then level one/low works perfectly.

My fan motor/coil got burnt n I replaced it.
However, I noticed something strange this wk.
If I'm not accelerating or if m packed with my engine on, the AC no dey blow again o! na just fan dey role.

Pls, what is happening or has happened to my AC?

Your compressor is experiencing low pumping.

You might have to check the condenser to see if it's free as well.

Compressor is about to visit the hospital or mortuary grin
Good thing is if your compressor is manual, it can be fixed. If it's automatic, you have to replace it

To be honest I think you are one shifting ground

From the beginning, he made it clear that his wife could get a loan with a 5% interest rate, spread over five years. It seems like you didn't ask the right questions as regards details of his statement

My cooperative group also offers the same interest rate, but for a one-year term, and it's available to both staff and non-staff. So, it's entirely possible for banks to offer similar terms to their employees.
The organization I work with also have a 0% rates on loans but you're only eligible to get ×2 of whatever you have with them. 500k to get 1m, 1m to get 2m, 2m to get 4m and payment can be spread for 18 months, but strictly for Staff and deduction is made from the source.

Firstly, he's your friend, so only you know if you can actually sacrifice this for him or not.

Secondly, that vehicle is not a good tool for this hustle. Not good because of

1) Fuel consumption.
2) Rising cost of parts. I remember changing the steering rack of that car one time, and it isn't cheap.

And him being a newbie, he will struggle a lot.

You seem like someone who wants to help. I advise that you give him for 2 weeks for free, but he must handle all repairs and maintenance. After two weeks, you guys should sit down and evaluate if he can do it or not.
Hmm

Is the car insured?
What happens if task force catch him driving one way?
Pesin wey no get money for hand will he have money for repairs?

There are 1 million justified reasons why he shouldn't give him the car, but then, there are friendships that are worth more than a car.

I know someone who visits this thread. He lost his car early last year in an accident. His friend gave him one of his cars (07 Camry) for zero rental. He used it till December and returned it as agreed.

I got to know, when he returned the car in a pristine condition, with a gift.

In the end, it is his friend, and only him knows the extent to which he can go for his friend.

Airport pick-up would be the most suitable option. Inter-state travel is also manageable, but he will struggle with to make ends meet beyond these two choices.
I’ve released the car already to him. How can he register with Airport taxi? Do you know about the cost that’s involved? I can help him out with the registration.

My ac works perfect but sometimes this sun is sunning and rider complain once I'll say relax ac go soon reach u but if em complain again I'll say come to the front. Sometimes no matter how good ac is, it might take some good minutes b4 e reach rider for back n some rider no get patience

Honestly e depends on my mood sef. If dem complain first time I go just say come front straight. I doesn't mean my ac ain't 💯 just that I no get strength to dey explain. Esp if na rider wey I no wan engage at all.
