There is a serious ritual pandemic in this country from north to west to south and even east. I really hope the government can tackle the issue on national level scale.

Just this evening I saw a video of a guy who took his sister's 6 year old boy to an herbalist with the intention of using him for ritual. It was the herbalist that sold him out and he was arrested.

In other words, u are saying he needs someone like Pastor Tony Rapu to really work on his case. I remember watching a video of one of the street boys that smokes and was already stabbing and stealing on the streets at a tender age whom Tony Rapu rehabilitated .

That boy moved from very and dangerous street boy to Bro. Michael(or something like that). Omo! I shock seeing how the boy's rehabilitation was steadily documented electronically.
Shanawole, very violent and street oriented 11 year old. That's one of the few times I recognized and admired a Nigerian Evangelist, Tony did a good job on that misguided soul

Yes, that's his name ; Shanowole.

That was also one of the few times I was really impressed by a Nigerian pentecostal pastor impacting the society positively. The man took several of those street kids off the streets for good both male and female.

He would go and preach to them and even eat with them in the ghetto just to get their attention and make them listen to him.

It's unfortunate, they are just cutting fellow young people's life short through senseless ritual killings.

It's just greed and ambition without work that always lead them to that path. You will see someone who is in his 20's dreaming to be as rich as Dangote yet does not really have want he can point to as his job or trade he has learnt.

Real estate in Nigeria is so overvalued.

One plot of land in Ago Palace way is 75 million?

What factors pushed it to that?

Ikoyi is 2.8m naira per square meter. A standard plot is 600sqm or 650sqm. Using 600sqm, that puts it at 1.68B per plot.

Ago is 125k per sqm. So obviously, demand outweigh supply tremendously.

So, Ikoyi cost $1,000,000 per plot, while the same amount would get me, at the worst, an acre in Texas

Na why our abroad people no dey too interested in real estate here. The whole thing is overvalued
