Texas is way bigger than Lagos not to mention Ikoyi. Ikoyi is very small and people are willing to pay to live there. When supply is extremely low, abnormal price should be expected.

So it makes more sense to avoid commodities that have low supply if there are alternatives.

Personally, I myself have been to 27 out of 37 (if you include FCT) states in Nigeria, but in most cases I didn't stay long and/or only entered one town

If I wanted to create a particular narrative though, I could get my bank insider to comb through their customer database for dormant/inactive accounts that fit the bill of whatever agenda I plan to run, then follow all these processes knowing there'd be no response from an inactive account, and agenda food don ready.
