Some Niger Delta youth with no educational background know how to crack crude oil in layman's term but don't want start a modular refinery instead they illegally refine it without license . If it is China they will provide the best refinery . I saw that China is the leading country producing oil rigs like 2 or 3 in a year with thousands of engineers. They use diamond for the mouth of pipe drilling. Nigeria has a long way to go in research and development .

The rig has modern sensors to map the sea by detection of water or crude oils (black oil). Everything is digitalize. It is like controlling Xbox controller but any slightest mistake might cause an explosion
Nigeria and Africa can only catch up with them if we start teaching and improving our 100% traditional industries in our schools and universities so that we can improve on them if not Africa can never catch-up with them again. The Europeans learnt iron smithing from Africa which they then improved on in the schools and universities.

How much billions of dollars have been spent on Aladja steel complex that is not producing steel, when about ten thousand dollars is enough to set up all our 100% traditional industries in universities, polytechnics and colleges so that students can research and come up with better ways to improved our traditional industries to help kick start our own industrial revolution, than all the billions spent yearly to produce graduates that cannot find work.

Same problem with Ajaokuta steel industries after all the allocated billion of dollars spent it is still not working . We even have lithium in the country but we sell it and never created a battery made in Nigerian factory
