I am very sure it will be stroke/partial stroke I have noticed most elder people I heard who died of stroke are hit by it at the bathroom

I lost a good friend weeks ago just like that too. A 36 years old guy just slumped and died, and he was very active( even a black belter in taekwondo). He left three little girls and a wife.
