Hello everyone

Please I need help .. I recently bought this Redmi Note 14 and I noticed that when I take pictures the quality seems very bad .. I have cleaned the lens and I still the same issue ... Please help I don't want to regret buying this Biko .

take it back to the store you got it from or find their center close to you,... The camera issue is not just you most users are experiencing the same

Probably a factory fault...

Since it's less than a week take it back to where you bought for a change!

Fone companies are configured to dupe us. We can't escape it. Return with receipt. Dnt smile when u get there. Thats d hand out I'm dashin u so oo

I use note 10 pro. In fact I am planning to renovate my note 5 pro. My strategy is never to buy a phone when it is trending.

1. Fake Device
2. Factory Fault
3. OP is up to some mischief

We no hear word that year, now all of them na iPhone users😂

It sometimes happens when the phone is new. This also happened to my new samsung phone i bought so many years ago which later became my best camera phone back then.

Allow the new phone's hardware to adjust appropriately with the firmware/factory software to bring the needed balance.

There is still a possibility that the OP is an infinix fan boy up to some mischief to portray Redmi in bad light.
Let him post more details - the store he bought the device, Receipt, the opened package box, etc

You mean the watermark on the pictures were manipulated?

Possibly yes, or no.
But a transparent tape on the lens or dirtied lens can produce such poor pictures.

oga check reviews their fans are complaining about the camera. You guys should accept unna luck up and look for update to fix it rather than trying to Validate rubbish

*Can you post link where fans are complaining about the camera?
Reviews by customers who bought the phone on Jumia didn't complain about the Camera.

*If I spend over 250k on a phone & the camera is as useless as what the OP posted, I go carry wahala go back to the shop. It's either they replace my phone or they refund my money.
&I expected the OP to post pictures of Receipt, Opened Phone box, the Address of the Shop he bought it etc. Then go & demand for replacement or refund.

*Infact if that's actually the cam quality of Note14, the outrage from customers would have forced Redmi to recall the phones & apologise.
