Agbadorian bots have been updated on their WhatsApp platform to invade social space and demean Natasha, so as to cover up SP Akpabio pettiness. |

beardedboy:Did you follow the story at all? About two members defected to APC which necessitated change of seats according to senate in house rules. Seats were changed, only Natasha refused to move and is claiming been silenced. From nursery school, the head of the class changes our seating arrangement without issues. How do you manage to politicize and feminise a change of seats for crying out loud? |

Lovelyflower:Nothing like believable...its a straight forward case... move to ur assigned seat or don't speak...its been in their senators rule book for decades ...no one has ever challenged it, till she came to the senate ...and u wonder why people go against electing women or giving them authority.... |

Otamendi99:Hatred?! Slow down buddy! Since when did criticism become hatred? No wonder they arrest critics. To them critics are haters and must be silenced by fire or by force. |

That was a set up by Akpabio acting in cahoots wiith the chief whip. Well planned and discussed ahead of plenary[ quote author=Otamendi99 post=134233582] I'm sure if u had watched d video wen all dis started, u won't say that. Akpabio was trying to calm d situation between her and d oda senator.. but instead she disrespected dat president office because she get plle like u weh go back her.
|

JagaLove:I disagree totally we should stop being politically correct and trying to play the good guy here. Go and watch the video again. The SP has had series of reckless verbal attacks on her before now that he even had to apologize. Go do you independent verification. All the lady was asking for was to be recognized . if this is your dream country's day of doing things bon voyage. |

Otamendi99:One thing that some of you have refused to take away is this. The hallowed chamber are made of people voted for by different constituencies and no one is bigger than the other in the hallowed chamber. Akpabio was just chosen to lead the chamber and not to lord over the chamber's members. Courtesy demands that if any changes need to take place within the chamber, all members should as a matter of respect be carried along and informed adequately. The hallowed chamber is not a primary or secondary school classes. I don't think there is a permanent seat for any student in the tertiary institution. The hallowed chamber should be a place of serious business but I am afraid that they have reduced it to house of comedy where trivia things are made mountain by them and those that suppose scold them and tell them to face the real issues. This division they created in the chamber is the reason there is always division when it comes to national matters. No serious country divides itself in an hallowed chamber like Nigeria did. I have been raising this concern for long, that why separation of seats for different parties in a Nigerian Assembly where issue of national importance need to be trash out. To the main issue. Any change that suppose to take place in the assembly all members of the assembly need to be carried along and never should anyone be put in suspense for no reason because there are no lords among them but they are all equal. As a matter of fact none was voted as senate President or house leader or chief whip or any post they may have. Thy got to the Hallowed chamber and made one. If their colleagues are not comfortable with any of them, they can be changed forthwith if they so wished. You people should stop seeing any of them as more superior than others. They are all equal. |

She should have been bundled and thrown out of the chambers immediately. She lacks decorum, too bad for a woman of her status. I am sure she has no respect for her husband. Shame to her! |

IfnobeGod20:All i see is just a full note written without any point made. At first the matter was not between akpabio and Natasha, it was with a fellow kogi senator. Secondly: seats were changed for other senators just like her. Thirdly: every organization has house rules, wch everyone must follow. Dat u represent pple dont mean u don't have to follow rules. Fourthly: the U.S parliament wia we copied have seating arrangements. Democrats on the left and Republicans on d right. Same as in UK. Google is your friend. Next time please tell Natasha to speak from the seat assigned to her, believe me she is creating more enemies 4 herself. |

Interesting, does it mean the rule of the Senate equally states that opposition senators should seat separately?? And not have a seat with each other |

cr7lomo:There's nothing straight forward about this issue. Idiotic simpletons like you are the ones who think it's straight forward. This is not the first time she's having issues with Akpabio. I recall correctly when the SP told her in front of the whole world that the Senate chamber is not a nightclub. But fools like you think it's plain white and black. |

beardedboy:This your argument is fallicious. You are using argumentum ad hominem to prove a point. Can a wrong be right in any circumstance, NO. This Natasha failed it woefully. The sitting arrangement didn't affect only her. The house is house of order, for her to contribute as the representative of Kogi South, she must seat in the sit of authority designated for Kogi South that she is representing. This is the senate rule. When she was about to raise point of order under ethics and privileges, the chief whip raised point of order against her that she is not sitting on the mandate of Kogi people. This is reason why Akpabio ruled her out of order. Simple respect she doesn't have. The reason for this change of sit is because of defection of some senators. |
