I think the email confirmation after submitting professional certificates is a proof that it was successfully submitted.I just received an email from FIRS that they are yet to recieve my certificates and I submitted successfully but no email was received.

They have extended submissions to 23rd of Feb

The uploading of my professional Certificate was successful but I got a mail from them yesterday ( 20.02.2025) that they didn't receive the certificate and asked that I should upload on or before 23.02.2025

I think the message of re-submission was randomly sent to be sure everyone is able to submit there documents. I have submitted multiple times with a successful submission response but did not receive any acknowledgment message confirming my submission.

I thought there is a WhatsApp group created to follow up this process. Please share the link. So we all can be updated on every stages of recruitment

I got a message that they have not received my certificate yesterday after I have done that since last week. I decided to re-upload it like 7 times and making sure I got the successfully uploaded message for the seven times, to my surprise I got the acknowledgment that they have received it.

Not at all.

Nooo! You get the email Once the team accept your upload at the backend...if you get the upload successful, your upload has gone just that the team hasn't accepted it at the backend once they do... you automatically get an email. No need uploading several times.... This is my opinion as a web developer.


Uploading severally might even delay the email as it will push your upload backwards, the team are probably accepting from old to new.

Omg in this FIRS you need to upload your document as many times as possible else you will not receive Acknowledgment. It happen to me

So those that uploaded since 13th and 14th and didn't receive mail. You need to upload your document even if is 10 times until you receive Acknowledgment from them

Strictly for FIRS applicants that were sent mails to upload documents or who did their test.

Please how true is this message for Graduate Trainee

Please who can show me what to upload these documents that it would be successful. I have tried everything: less than 200kb and in jpg form. The documents are not just uploading in the third box. It will even go and change the document I already uploaded in the second box to the document I am trying to uplaod in the third box.

Please anyone should help me, I am already having palpitations because of the thought that I might miss the chance to be called for the next stage.
