It's true, as at last year when I was still using heavy data. I get my 5gb daily, and I didn't have to call customer care.

Hmm, really? Is it specific for any particular data cap? I also found out on Fisayo's YouTube video that it doesn't have an inbuilt battery, so one needs a regular source of power supply, unlike their Hynet flex router.

Omoh, they've changed all the data plans ooo. The one with daily gb is now 60k ooo. It has a ups, something like a powerbank that comes with it, it can power the router for at least 4 hrs, so mote like a battery.

They have hiked the prices of all their plans... and their service has gotten worse since the price hike sef. Had to switch to a cheaper plan. And if their service doesn't improve I may just look for an alternative
