When it comes nuclear warfare there are those who will be directly involved in war while there are those who will only feel the after effect of the war. The Europeans knows they are sitting on gunpowder, America, Russia as for China I don't see anywhere near war. The Chinese knows if you don't prepare and flex your muscles they will come for you, so they prepare but they prefer economic battle than shedding blood. Unless something unexpected happens I don't even see north Korea involving in an atomic warfare the west world self annihilate.

The west has this god complex, they feel superior they suspect everyone, they tested power and they know how it feels and will want to go back to those days of glory that were the ultimate doom lies.

There countries with atomic power who will be involved in the war, there countries with atomic bombs who will still not be involved in the war.
The European love forming pack, and they go to war in packs so their ultimate destruction will come in pack.
