not totally true. The reason they are even selling the phone as parts instead of just unlocking the iPhones and using them is because they can't unlock the stolen phones . The only alternative for the thieves is to dismantle as parts to fix other phones

I know the iphone xsmac at 100,% battery health locked with my icloue and pass code as at 2022zthey won't sell it more than 30k .a phone worth almost 400k.naso I take loose am.fastforward a year later,my iPhone 13 mini got stuck at dhl ,till date I no gree .dhl told me to bring 300k to clear it.
