We dont need that road.Wat we need is rail infrastructure connecting d whole country wit stations thst will open business n commerce in location. The remainder of d money should have been used for expedited rebuilding/reconstruction of federal roads across d length n breadth of d country.

Wasteful project. 15bn invested in the power sector will do great for power generation, but people will call me a hater now
Nigeria power sector needs spiritual intervention not capital. Do you know how much the government has invested in the power sector since 1999? Yet there's nothing to show. Let's just accept our fate and drive on good roads. Dazol!.

Any Nigerian asking for uninterrupted electrical power intends to threaten the business model sustaining sellers of generators, candles, and firewood.

Even all the companies and markets in the South West belong to south easterners

Don't be fooled by adenuga and alakija's money.

We owned Nigeria's economy

Maintain existing infrastructure. We don’t have a culture of maintainance - demolish and build build and build

Pellow Kwantirimans I have a question about the rebar ( iron building rods) being used to construct this new Lagos to Calabar mega-highway.

In a country like Nigeria where poverty and hunger are so extreme that people shimmy up street lights to steal the fixtures, while other innovative entrepreneurs saw off the metal railings that safeguard pedestrian walkways to sell such harvests in the scrap metal market, what preventive measures are going to be put in place to stop thieves digging up this new highway to steal the building rods used in its construction?

We can't develop as a country when will keep having this kind of mindset, if you watch the video of this coastal road construction and see the numbers of high rise buildings springing up allow the corridor you will appreciate tinubu for this foresight, this road will bring in massive investment into the Nigeria economy na like this Lekki free trade zone take start but today unkor, you didn't die during buhari time you won't die also in tinubu's time always remember nothing good comes easy, people still they criticized this kind of infrastructure since when we see this level of massive infrastructure being done by any government since the inception of democracy? let's appreciate good things see smaller African countries they do big big tins wen we wey b gaint nor fit do as person come to change that narrative make we give am a chance I personally don't like this government bcus of the so many wasteful spending but tinubu get vision and foresight I believe say na this kind person go take us to the promise land

Nigerians need to be alive b4 they can make use of a super high way. D govt shld balance d equation. Super high way seems to be getting more priority while minimum wage implementation is hanging, wage award for 5months is hanging etc

Tinubu is a Talk and do President unlike some peoples Messiah that couldnt build one school in 8 years. Na so so mouth dem get. Here is my performing President. For infrastructure, Tinubu is the best president ever. I will cast more than one vote for him if he can bring down inflation.

Almunjid:
15 billion Naira for power generation appears to be inadequate. Such an amount may only be suitable for powering a housing estate and falls short of addressing the energy needs of a state, region or the entire nation. To substantially enhance Nigeria's power infrastructure, a more considerable investment of up to 15 billion US dollars in power generation is necessary. This would likely yield a more substantial and long-lasting impact on the nation's electricity supply, ultimately contributing to its overall economic growth and development.
