Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy Have No Hand In Mohbad’s Death – Court by Maxymilliano(op): 12:16pm On Feb 25, 2025

The Magistrate Court sitting in Sabo, Yaba area of Lagos on Tuesday freed Abdulazeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, in relation to the case of the demise of Aloba Oladimeji lleriOluwa also known as Mohbad.

Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje, who read and implemented the legal advise of the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) Lagos, said that he had no case to answer.

The court also freed music promoter, Samson Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, Owodunni Ibrahim also known as Primeboy and Mohbad’s former Manager, Opere Babatunde.

The DPP, however, said it shall be prosecuting the auxiliary nurse who treated Mohbad, Feyisayo Ogedengbe and one of Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sadiq for the offence of reckless and negligent acts contrary to Section 251 (e) of the Criminal Law, Ch C.17, Vol.3, Laws of Lagos State, 2015.

The duo will be prosecuted at the Magistrate Court.

Every sane person knows that, it was just unfortunate that they were victims of circumstances.

The real person that should b locked up for life is the wife, she has many questions to answer coupled with the fact that the recently granted interview by her exposed her n many inconsistencies in the issue

The biggest question she can't answer till date was that

When the issue was hot and she was offered 10 million naira if she drops the child for DNA , she refused.

If she's not hiding anything y not allow DNA b conducted by that doctor that offered her 10 million naira?

It's obvious that girl planned to kill mohbad to hide many things, if only the dead can talk

I bilivd Morbad killed himself, ..... probably went occultic way to get "glory and fame", unfortunately, the glory and fame came alive wen he himself has returned to nothingness.

..... surely his death must attribute to "something",people surrounded him even made the matter worst, starting from wife to Father, mother, siblings, inlaws, friends and mentors(Larry, Marley etc).

When people were busy chasing clout including those who knew no mohbad then. A crazy girl blocked me then over someone that both of us never knew.
People were busy accusing this or that. I was never part of the bandwagon because I don't judge in matter I know nothing about. Today what has come out of this whole story. Truth. Funny enough I was trying to build something towards a relationship with her but she was foolish over someone that add no value to her existence and many continue to make stupid decision till date.

Justice forMobad, justice for Mobad which some people use to trend that time without using their brains. Now , Marli needs to sue sone people. On the other hands, Sam Larry should be charged to court for bully, Harassment of Mobad while alive and this somehow contributed to Mobad sanity

It might be true that they don't have hands in his death (i.e directly killing him) but it's on record that they bullied him .

Even before it became glaring ,a friend of mine once called my attention to how naira Marley didn't spend money on Mohbad's video but spend a lot on Zinoleeskey's .
