When this war started, lots of people pointed out the foolishness of the whole exercise for the Ukrainians. It was a senseless war. Allowingthe west to ise them to assaultRussiaunder Putinwas a monumenal strategic mistake.

The Americans and their western counterparts would never have attacked Russia directly and would be very careful as to how much support they provide for the Ukrainians knowing fully well that the Russians are brimming with nukes, the most sophisticated rockets/delivery systems and some of the best air defence systems.

But some people cheered on the clown of Kiev. And he jumped into a stewpid conflict without thinking. Now this.. How many hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have been killed now? How many cities destroyed and occupied for ever? Economy, totally destroyed. Russia riding high. So what are those gains for the Ukrainians?
