I'm currently in a recruitment process for tech talent program at Polaris bank and the last exercise I did was a case study and interview but a mail was sent few days back to fill an online form for the continuation of the recruitment exercise.

My questions are:
Are we all for the same tech talent program?
Does others also received such mail?
Has the training school started?

I don't think we are all for the same tech talent program, although I am and I also filled an online form like you some weeks ago.
I think training school has only started for the ones in the management trainee category.

No I have not. It said in the form that training school starts by march so I thought we would have been sent training school letters by now..

I was even expecting an update, maybe executive chats or medical or anything but they have been mute since.

Since your form says March I think they will connect you soon and for sure in march.

Mine says February and like Someone said I think this February is for management graduate trainee program.
