Explain those two passages pages with respect to Daniel worthy of the kingdom, and spirit of Christ in the prophets

Being born of spirit began at Pentecost just as Jesus promised his disciples that day 120 disciples of Jesus were born of spirit in one day. Act 1:7-8
This is the long time promise Jehovah made to the Jews through the mouth of Joel the prophet of God! Joel 2:28-30
So for Jews in Jerusalem that day to know that what Joel said is undergoing fulfillment Peter reminded Jews present that day! Act 2:16-19
Honest hearted and sincere Judaists that day felt heavy at heart and begged the Christians to tell them what they need to do so as to become beneficiaries of this blessings their God promised their forefathers! Act 2:37

So guys there has never been a time when anyone was born of spirit until that day and since John never survived to see that day he can't make the list of those born of spirit just like many who have lived before his time.
