Today in FTHL in the department of Internal Medicine

*ALL THE THREE LOCUM OFFICERS WHO HAD BEEN ON LOCUM FOR MONTHS OFFICIALLY TENDERED THEIR RESIGNATION LETTERS TODAY*

*THE ONLY REGISTRAR IN THE DEPARTMENT SAID HE HAD BEEN OVERWHELMED FOR YEARS AND CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE... HE TENDERED HIS RESIGNATION LETTER*

*TWO SENIOR REGISTRARS OUT OF THE THREE ALSO DROPPED THEIR RESIGNATION LETTERS*

*Mind you, not japa syndrome but migration to where they will be valued*

The hospital is collapsing on a daily basis but it's not a problem... As long as the headship is a doctor and member of NMA.. We have to look for a way to look away

Mind you, don't just assume the "headship" is not trying his best to retain or replace...this is Nigeria where you have to battle with bureaucracy and frustration at every stage!
