if these are what you relied on in law to win your cases then you have a long way to go. Court judgements is about facts presented, not hearsay.

Defection is not by mouth or video but procedure

Been thinking about that too but I think the Supreme Court has not issued a judgement on whether they left the PDP or not.

However I think there is a well laid out process of leaving a political party which starts directly at the ward level, they didn't resign their membership at the ward level and at no time have they obtain a membership card from any other political party, the mere fact that they swore an affidavit doesn't make it true.

However I'm sure this exposes this people to Perjury, and in a serious country those people should be prosecuted, you can't knowingly give a wrong information to the court, it's a criminal offence.

Yes perjury is a serious offence that they lawmakers should be sanctioned 4 for wasting court time lying under oath. That is enough to remove them for lying to the public and use as detergent to others..

Judiciary is the major problem we're facing in Nigeria aside the politicians. The highest bidder gets the favourable judgments.

Why would supreme court postponing the delivery of the judgment of the "major case" and giving judgement to the cases that originated from the major case.

Judiciary is not the last hope of the common man.
